About the firm
The roots lay in the past when Mihaela Teodorescu stepped in the industrial property field, after working three years in industry, as chemical engineer then two years as researcher in a research institute.
That was in 1990, immediately after the fundamental changes which took place in Romania.
She started to build her new professional life by working with the only firm existing at that time in Romania which was providing services in the industrial property field.
Step by step she got the knowledge and understanding of the industrial property field and after sitting the specific exams before the Romanian Patent and Trademark Office she became Romanian patent, trademark and design attorney.
This achievement has been constantly consolidated by continuous learning and improvement of skills which harmoniously went together with her personal desire to set higher standards.
When Romania joined the European Patent Convention and the European Union, she also became European patent and trademark attorney.
Mihaela Teodorescu demonstrated along the years her dedication to assisting clients in industrial property matters, as reported in the IAM Patent 1000 Magazine: The World’s Leading Patent Practitioners 2014 wherein she has been mentioned and recognized individually(www.iam1000.com).
After acquiring extensive experience with the firm she had started with, Mihaela Teodorescu decided it was about time to continue working in a new format.
